Srdečne vás pozývame na meditačný retreat, na ktorom budeme praktikovať
meditáciu samatha, vipassana a štyri božské (nekonečné) prebývania,
brahmaviháru - lásku, súcit, radosť a rovnomernosť vedomia.
Pomocnými prostriedkami budú hatha jógové cvičenia.
„Štyri nekonečné prebývania sú základom pozitívneho poňatia emócií a sveta v buddhisme, nakoľko prekážky vedomia majú citovú povahu. Predstavujú prax transformácie vedomia podporovanou transformáciou pocitov. Táto transformácia
sa daje na základe hlbšej koncentrácie a pochopenia
komplexu cítenia, ktoré je zodpovedné za prežívanie šťastia
či utrpenia v dennej skúsenosti.“
